Garam Masala Powder

Garam masala powder is a spice blend widely used in Indian cuisine, from curries and lentil/ dal dishes to soups. Whole spices are toasted in a pan to release their aromatic flavors, then ground to a powder.


  1. Cumin- 100g
  2. Black Pepper- 50g
  3. Cinnamon- 20g
  4. Clove- 20g
  5. Cardamom (black)- 20g
  6. Cardamom (green)- 20g
  7. Mace- 1 blade
  8. Nutmeg- 1 whole


  1. Grind it all together to get Garam Masala Powder!
