MUESLI PROTEIN BARS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Half kg muesli
  • 1/2 half kg jaggery( Gud)
  • 100 gms kishmish
  • 100 gms Almonds
  • 100 gms cashew
  • 100 gms Watermelon and pumpkin seeds it's optional u can avoid if u are not much seed lover

Procedure

  • Take a deep kadai pour one spoon of ghee
  • And add half kg grated jaggery let it melt well add muesli n all nuts
  • Turn off gas n mix well all ingredients inside jaggery
  • Take a flat plate grease it n pour the mixture
  • Immediately in to the plate n before cooling cut the bars according to ur shape n size
  • And store it in air tight containers it doesn't change taste or spoil for months
