MUESLI PROTEIN BARS

Ingredients
- 1/2 Half kg muesli
- 1/2 half kg jaggery( Gud)
- 100 gms kishmish
- 100 gms Almonds
- 100 gms cashew
- 100 gms Watermelon and pumpkin seeds it's optional u can avoid if u are not much seed lover
Procedure
- Take a deep kadai pour one spoon of ghee
- And add half kg grated jaggery let it melt well add muesli n all nuts
- Turn off gas n mix well all ingredients inside jaggery
- Take a flat plate grease it n pour the mixture
- Immediately in to the plate n before cooling cut the bars according to ur shape n size
- And store it in air tight containers it doesn't change taste or spoil for months
