PROTEIN BAR

Ingredients

  1. 2 cup Makhana
  2. 2 cup Oats
  3. 2 cup dates without seeds
  4. 1 cup Almond
  5. 1/2 cup Quinoa
  6. 1/2 chia seeds
  7. 2 tsp flax seeds
  8. 1 cup honey

Procedure

  1. Leaving dates and honey, roast all in ghee or you can roast dry also.
  2. Grind the dates into paste.
  3. Grind flax seeds,Makhana and almond (coarse grind)
  4. Mix all together.
  5. Use honey as a binding factor.
  6. Check the sweetness and binding of the bar you require once you mix it
  7. Then set it in a greased container.Refrigerate it for 2 hours
  8. Cut it in rectangle shape.

Your daily dose of energy bar is ready!!
