PROTEIN BAR

Ingredients
- 2 cup Makhana
- 2 cup Oats
- 2 cup dates without seeds
- 1 cup Almond
- 1/2 cup Quinoa
- 1/2 chia seeds
- 2 tsp flax seeds
- 1 cup honey
Procedure
- Leaving dates and honey, roast all in ghee or you can roast dry also.
- Grind the dates into paste.
- Grind flax seeds,Makhana and almond (coarse grind)
- Mix all together.
- Use honey as a binding factor.
- Check the sweetness and binding of the bar you require once you mix it
- Then set it in a greased container.Refrigerate it for 2 hours
- Cut it in rectangle shape.
Your daily dose of energy bar is ready!!
