This vegan culture can be used to make yogurt (dahi) from vegan milks, like soy milk or coconut milk. This product has 2 x 200ml culture packets. Please keep this refrigerated. This is a live culture and should be used within a month. Boil fresh soy or coconut milk (the thicker the better), let it cool down to room temp, and add a 100ml of culture to 400ml of milk. Let it sit undisturbed in a dark warm place for 24-28 hours. The temperature should be close to 23 degree Celsius. In future, you don't have to buy the culture and you can use a spoonful of the yogurt you've made as starter culture for your next batch.
