We brew our Kombucha with healthy amounts of cane sugar, black tea and purified water from the Himalayas. Kombucha is a gut-friendly drink that uses SCOBY to ferment it for a week or two.

If you are drinking Kombucha for the first time it’s best to start with a small quantity and gradually increasing its consumption up to 500ml. Listen to your body and decide accordingly. What’s comfortable for you may not be comfortable for the other.
