Shipping Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders causing a significant delay, we will promptly inform you via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Most of our products are handmade on the same day we receive your order and promptly handed over to our delivery partners for swift delivery. We will do our best to assist you with any delays caused by courier company issues, natural calamities, natural disasters, and any other unforeseen issues.

Packaging Materials
We avoid using bubble wraps, thermocol, air pillows, foam, molded inserts, and other non-biodegradable materials. Whenever possible, we opt for the reuse of cardboard boxes, newspaper, and various packaging materials on hand to pack orders.
Occasionally, we reuse old A4 sheets for printing invoices. If you have unused A4 sheets with one blank side, consider sending them to us for reuse! Contact us at product@peepalfarm.org.
