  • Add a few drops of essential oil to your bathtub or bucket with a carrier oil and swish the water gently to mix the oil well. This will help you destress towards the end of your day.

    Note: Do not use it directly on your skin. Add 1 or 2 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon of your chosen carrier oil and blend well.
