The women of Dhanotu village roast the peanuts without peeling their red skin. They are then ground in our home blenders. Their red papery skin is most nutritionally beneficial, as it contains many antioxidants and phytochemicals. The butter is made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Also, each jar is hand-filled with the smooth peanut butter and topped with toasted cacao!
